Every summer the parishioners of Saint Elias the Prophet put on the Santa Fe Greek Festival to raise money for the church and bring a taste of Greek culture to the local community. The event, which features Greek food, Greek music, and Greek dancing, is enjoyed by all.
Another popular fund-raising event is the semiannual Saint Elias the Prophet Bake Sale, held in December and April. Homemade pastries, including baklava, kourambiedes, koulourakia, paximades, spanakopita, cheese tiropita, and Santa Fe special green chile cheese tiropita, are sold to the public.
